The general manager, Rahul Chawda, is incredibly helpful and understanding. Whatever we required as guests, he addressed it promptly. His professionalism is commendable. Without a doubt, he deserves five stars. We plan to return to OKC in the future and will certainly choose to stay there again.
Wonderful staff that lights up when you need something. They actually make you feel at home. The gym is clean and stocked with water bottles. Great, well-lit rooms that are cleaned to a sparkle. I’d highly recommend this hotel

My flight delayed and landed at midnight, when I get to hawthorn hotel which I reserved 2 months in advance - they said they don’t have any rooms with extremely poor atittude - on top of that the hotel was extremely loud due to people partying at the lobby. I called 3 different hotels and all have no rooms. When I called Four points, the front staff managed to give me a fair price, explain everything I needed to know and the hotel room experience is great. The hotel is extremely quiet as well. I don’t understand the bad review but to me - Four Points is the best room, best price and excellent service. Can’t ask for more.
I stayed here for one night while road tripping across the country with my friend and my ESA dog, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was cute, clean and surprisingly spacious for a quick stop. The location was super convenient right off the highway, which made it really easy after a long day of driving. Staff was friendly, parking was simple and the price was great for a safe and comfortable stay. Perfect spot for a cross country travel night and I’d stay here again.
Rooms nice but was 62 degrees and maintenance had to come fix thermostat which they did very promptly. Beds very nice. Has pool, bar, bar food. Convient to airport BUT the taxi service that the hotel recommended to the airport cost $45. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 6AM.
This is a unique location—there’s nothing walkable nearby, and honestly, I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable walking around the area. That said, for overnight stays or quick turnarounds, it works perfectly well. The property is new, modern, and offers very friendly service. During my stay, however, a few basic maintenance issues stood out—such as missing soap in the shower, a shower door that didn’t function properly, and burnt-out light bulbs. These are small things, but they’re details I expect to be consistent with the Marriott brand. The service quality itself was impeccable, and the staff were excellent throughout my visit.
Great stay! Staff here were genuinely friendly and fast. Room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. Location is perfect — 5 mins to the terminal and easy access to OKC. The lobby bar/restaurant was actually good too. Solid, stress-free stay. I’d definitely choose this hotel again.
